It reads; it does not act.<\/p>\n<h2>What it can look at<\/h2>\n<p>It has six read-only ways of looking at your site:<\/p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th>It can fetch<\/th>\n<th>Meaning<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Helpdesk overview<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Headline figures: tickets by state, doc counts, sentiment, service levels.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>A list of tickets<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Across every client, newest first, filtered by status or agent.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>One ticket<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>With its full conversation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Agent stats<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Per-agent load, first-reply and resolve medians, at-capacity flag.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Doc gaps<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Searches that returned nothing, busiest first.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>A list of docs<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Published docs, newest first, with an optional search.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>It works over 7, 30 or 90 days, and lists come back 20 rows at a time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The panel shows which of these it used, under &#8220;How I got this.&#8221;<\/strong> An answer is<br \/>\nauditable rather than asserted.<\/p>\n<h2>What it deliberately cannot do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>It cannot message a client.<\/strong> There is no way for it to reply to a ticket,<br \/>\n  and it is told outright never to offer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It cannot read anything outside that list.<\/strong> It has no free run of your<br \/>\n  database, so it never touches private posts, passwords or your other plugins&#8217;<br \/>\n  data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It cannot change anything.<\/strong> No status changes, no reassignment, nothing.<br \/>\n  That waits until the panel can ask you to confirm first \u2014 a status change<br \/>\n  emails your client, and no email should ever go out because the assistant<br \/>\n  guessed wrong.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It cannot invent a figure.<\/strong> It is required to cite ticket numbers and<br \/>\n  forbidden from stating a number that did not come back from a real lookup.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It has no opinion on tone.<\/strong> Per-ticket sentiment does not exist, so it does<br \/>\n  not guess at one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How long an answer takes<\/h2>\n<p>Complex questions take several lookups. The panel gives itself about 70 seconds<br \/>\nand at most four rounds of looking things up. If it runs out, it tells you what<br \/>\nit has rather than starting something it cannot finish.<\/p>\n<h2>Conversations<\/h2>\n<p>Each question continues the current conversation. <strong>New question<\/strong> starts a<br \/>\nfresh one. History is kept for <strong>two hours<\/strong> and up to 30 messages, then<br \/>\ndiscarded \u2014 nothing about your conversations is stored permanently.<\/p>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<p>The site has to be connected to the AI service.
