The chatbot, the auto responder, Ask NiroHelp and the Sync Docs<\/strong> button all talk to the NiroHelp AI service. Before any of them work, your site has to be registered once and the key you are sent verified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where the screen is<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

NiroHelp \u2192 AI<\/strong>. It is its own screen, not a tab inside Settings. The Connectivity card is all you see at first; the rest of the AI sections appear once the site is connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1 – request a key<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to NiroHelp \u2192 AI<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Fill in the AI Connectivity<\/strong> card:
    – Your name<\/strong> – the technical contact for this site.
    – Email<\/strong> – an address you can read mail at.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Send Code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Your site address, site title, name and email go to the service, which creates a record for the site and emails you the site key<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2 – verify the key<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Open your inbox and copy the site key out of the email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Paste it into the Site key<\/strong> field on the same card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Verify<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The status turns to a green Connected<\/strong> and the AI menu appears on the left, with Connectivity, Instructions, Chatbot and Auto responder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      There is no clickable verification link and no confirmation page.<\/strong> The key from the email is the whole of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
