The chatbot and the auto responder do not see your documentation until you sync. That one button is the whole pipeline you have to think about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where the button is<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

NiroHelp \u2192 AI<\/strong>, on the AI Connectivity<\/strong> card, in the Knowledge Base<\/strong> row. It is labelled Sync Docs<\/strong> and it only appears once the site is connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is one sync action. There is no “resync all”, and nothing syncs on a schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. You write or edit a doc in WordPress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. You click Sync Docs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The service reads your published<\/strong> docs and indexes them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. From then on, every chatbot question and every auto-responder reply is built from the most relevant parts of those docs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The screen reports how many docs were taken: “Synced N docs.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What it does not tell you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    It reports the sync you just ran, not when the last one happened.<\/strong> No sync timestamp is recorded anywhere, so there is no “synced 2 hours ago” to show. Reopening the screen shows the button with nothing under it, whether you synced five minutes or five weeks ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Why a button and not automatic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
