Running support with NiroHelp

"We built NiroHelp because we were tired of paying for five plugins to do what should be one job. It’s still a small team behind it — if you hit a bug, you’ll probably get an email back from one of us, not a support queue."
Why teams switch to NiroHelp
Everything support needs, in one place
Docs, tickets, and AI live in the same admin menu — nothing extra to install or learn.
Knowledge base
Write it once, answer it forever
Publish help articles your customers can search and browse — and that your AI reads before it ever replies to anyone.
Ticketing
A queue that only needs you sometimes
Every conversation is tracked from open to resolved. Tickets the AI can’t answer get routed to the right person automatically.
AI
Replies that come from your docs
The chatbot answers from what you’ve actually written, and the auto-responder stays quiet when your docs don’t clear the threshold you set.
Switching over
Bring your existing help desk with you
Click Migrate and your articles and tickets copy over automatically. Your old plugin keeps its data until you choose to clean it up, and every imported item is marked, so re-running it creates no duplicates.
A customer writes in
A new ticket or reply comes in, just like normal.
The AI checks your docs
It looks for an article that actually answers the question.
If it’s confident, it replies
The answer posts after the delay you set — five minutes by default — so a customer still typing isn’t interrupted.
If it’s not sure, it stays quiet
No guessing. The ticket waits for a person instead.
AI auto-responder
It answers tickets too — not just chat
The same AI that powers your chatbot also reads incoming tickets. If your docs clear the confidence threshold you set, it replies on its own. If they don’t, it stays quiet and leaves the ticket for your team.
Live AI chatbot
A chat bubble that already knows your product
Add one line of code to any website and visitors get answers pulled straight from your help docs — no AI expertise, no separate account to manage.
<script src="https://cdn.nirosuite.com/nirohelp/chat.min.js" data-site-key="YOUR_SITE_KEY" data-agent-name="Luna" data-primary-color="#2271b1" data-position="bottom-right" defer></script>Looks like part of your site
Pick the name, avatar, and color — it matches your brand, not ours.
Shows up only where it helps
Choose which pages it appears on, and when — it can go quiet outside business hours.
Try it before your visitors do
Preview the exact widget in your dashboard before it goes live.
Remembers the conversation
Customers can move between pages without repeating themselves — the thread lasts as long as the tab.
Knowledge base
Docs your customers actually find
A searchable help center that lives right on your site. Organize articles by topic so people — and your AI — can find the right answer fast.

Ticketing
For the questions AI can't answer
Every ticket is tracked from open to resolved and handed to an available agent automatically — so the human touch is only needed when it truly matters.
Email piping
Your support inbox becomes your ticket queue
Connect the mailbox your customers already write to. Every email arrives as a tracked ticket, every reply threads back into the same conversation, and your customer never has to learn a new tool.

Dashboard & copilot
A 360° view of your support
One screen tells you which ticket is about to blow up, which customer is unhappy, and how much the AI handled. Then you can just ask the copilot.

Your help desk lives in your WordPress database
Not in ours. The knowledge base, the tickets and the replies are ordinary WordPress content on your own server. Only the AI features talk to us — and when the auto-responder is on, that includes the ticket it’s answering.
The help desk works with the internet unplugged
Docs, tickets, emails and migration contact no external service at all. Leave the AI disconnected and everything else keeps working.
No API keys, no model bills
There is no OpenAI or Anthropic key field anywhere in the plugin. The AI is included in your plan as an allowance of replies; when it’s used up, the AI pauses until it resets — no separate model subscription, no per-token invoice from a third party.
Your content stays WordPress content
Docs are posts, tickets are posts, replies are comments. Your content is not locked in a table you would have to migrate out of, and nothing stops being readable if you leave.
Uninstalling deletes nothing of yours
Not your articles, not your tickets, not your customers. Uninstall clears only the plugin’s own bookkeeping; deactivate it and your support history is still sitting in your own database.
What actually makes NiroHelp different
Plenty of plugins now pair a knowledge base with tickets and a chatbot. This is what is still hard to copy.

Built for teams who answer the same question all day
NiroHelp pays for itself fastest where the documentation already exists and the questions already repeat.
WordPress product companies
Plugin, theme and WooCommerce extension businesses with real docs and repetitive pre-sales and licensing questions.
- · Licensing and compatibility questions answered from your docs
- · Docs and tickets filed under the same product list
- · Unlimited agents, so support headcount never changes the bill
Small support teams
Two to ten people who need the repeat questions gone before the queue reaches them.
- · Tickets assigned fairly and automatically
- · Manager, Agent and Customer roles out of the box
- · The AI takes first line; your team keeps the hard ones
Agencies & multi-site
Run the same support setup across every client site you maintain.
- · One license, multiple sites
- · Chatbot branded to match each client
- · The same admin screen everywhere
FAQ
Common questions
Yes — the core plugin, with the knowledge base, ticketing and the dashboard, is free and available on the WordPress.org plugin directory. The paid plans add the AI — chatbot, auto-responder and copilot — and email piping.
NiroHelp imports articles, topics and tickets — replies included — directly from BetterDocs, weDocs, Echo Knowledge Base, BasePress, Awesome Support, SupportCandy, and JS Help Desk. No CSV wrangling, and each source has its own guide to exactly what comes across.
Everything stays in your WordPress database as regular posts and comments — no proprietary tables, no external service required for the free plan.
Yes. Each module can be enabled or disabled independently from Settings, and disabling one never touches the other’s data.
Nothing is deleted. Docs are posts, tickets are posts, and replies are comments — disabling a module just hides it from the admin menu.
Yes. The chatbot is a single vanilla-JS script tag that works on any site, WordPress or not.
Three ways, set once in the ticket settings: a one-time verification code, a magic link, or a standard password. Nobody registers first — their account is created with their first ticket, if your site allows new accounts.
Yes — every string is translatable and a .pot template ships with the plugin.
