They run for 3 years from the day you buy. The allowance refills on the 1st of every month for that whole period — it is not a one-time bundle you spend down. If you run out inside a month, the AI pauses until the reset and everything else keeps working: docs, tickets, email and your team.
The AI features pause — the chatbot, the auto-responder and the copilot. Nothing else changes: the licence stays active with no renewal invoice, and the knowledge base, ticketing, email piping, the dashboard, updates and support all carry on.
